What is included in the membership?

Your membership covers the cost of unlimited support (Ability to ask & receive answers to any questions you may have about your care plan) and all check in appointments with your Integrative Health Concierge and Liv Health Physician.

You have access to your physician if needed by contacting one of your support staff in the member portal chat.

Complete access to our proprietary membership portal to track vital health metrics and view your daily protocols.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Spending Account (HSA) can be used to pay for*any* Liv Health Membership costs – (i.e., Initial Fees, Lab work, Medications, Concierge Service Fees, etc.)
Will I be required to complete any in-person visits?

All member appointments with your Liv team are virtual visits. If you need to complete lab work, we’ll find the nearest facility for you to visit and make an appointment based on your availability.
Do you require a commitment?

Will Liv replace my primary care physician?

Liv is not meant to replace your primary care physician, we focus on longevity medicine rather than primary care. As our physicians are experts in preventative medicine, we recommend seeing your primary care physician if you are sick.
